Terms and Conditions for Royalty-Free Sound Kits:

Grant of License: By purchasing and downloading any royalty-free sound kit from Hot Kits Only, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, and incorporate the sounds contained within the kit into your own original musical compositions, productions, or projects.

Usage Rights: You may use the sounds in the royalty-free sound kits to create new compositions, remixes, or derivative works for any purpose, including but not limited to music production, film and video projects, multimedia presentations, video games, and live performances. The license permits both commercial and non-commercial use without the need for additional royalties or licensing fees.

Attribution: While not required, attribution to Hot Kits Only or the original creators of the sounds is appreciated when feasible, but not obligatory.

Prohibited Uses: You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the sounds from the royalty-free sound kits in their original form or as part of a sample library, sound pack, or similar product. Additionally, you may not claim ownership of the individual sounds or sell them as standalone products.

Copyright Ownership: Hot Kits Only retains full ownership and copyright of the sounds contained within the royalty-free sound kits. Your license is limited to the specified permitted uses outlined in these terms and conditions and does not grant you ownership of the sounds.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Hot Kits Only harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the sounds from the royalty-free sound kits in violation of these terms and conditions or applicable laws.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State Of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Termination: Hot Kits Only reserves the right to terminate or revoke your license to use the sounds from the royalty-free sound kits if you breach any of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the sounds and destroy any copies in your possession.
